Comedy evening at Ettalong

Ettalong Beach Memorial Club is to play host to a number of Australian comedians when they present a Comedy All Stars Evening on Saturday, May 8, at 9pm.

Peter Rowsthorn, Gary Eck, Christina Davis and Meshel Laurie will be the line up on the night.

Peter Rowsthorn was most recently seen as Brett Craig in "Kath and Kim", adoring husband to Kimmy.

He has appeared in The Comedy Company, Let the Blood Run Free and in the New Rocky Horror Show.

Gary Eck is a Tropfest 2004 winner.

He has performed at the Sydney Comedy Store, New Zealand, Edinburgh, Melbourne and Adelaide Festivals.

He has hosted Candid Camera on Channel 10, appeared on Tonight Live, Hey Hey It's Saturday and The Footy Show.

Christina Davis, Big Brother's Christina the Ballerina, was a raw Comedy 2001 state finalist, has performed at the world famous Hollywood Improv and studied acting at the Lee Strasburg Theatre Institute and was recently featured on ABC TV's Stand Up.

Meshel Laurie has appeared in the show The Whore Whisperer.

Ms Laurie has appeared in a number of shows at Melbourne Comedy Festivals, hosts Stand Up on the ABC and has appeared in TV and film dramas and is now the breakfast host on the Central Coast's Star 104.5 FM.
