Council defends appeal

Gosford Council voted to defend an appeal against a refusal for the construction of a house at 267 The Scenic Rd, Killcare, at its meeting on March 23.

Gosford Council refused the application on October 28, 2003.

At Council' meeting on March 23, the planning officer had not completed his assessment of the application.

Council officers recommended that Council defend the appeal.
