Conflict course

The Child Abuse Prevention Service (CAPS) Umina will be holding a free eight-week course entitled Managing Conflict from May 4 to June 22.

The course will be held Tuesdays, 10.30am to 12.30pm.

The course will identify a person's individual style of dealing with conflict, better ways of communicating, the win-win approach to conflict and address being assertive rather than passive or aggressive.

CAPS is located at 50 Neera Rd, Umina.

Child minding is available.
