Bird leaflet at arboretum

The Crommelin Native Arboretum in Pearl Beach has had a leaflet printed featuring a list of 197 native birds.

This will enable visitors to check the variety of birds known to frequent the area.

The list was compiled by previous residents and has been updated by local bird lover Paul Wickham.

It includes seabirds, birds of prey, parrots and bush birds.

Bird watchers are welcome to visit the arboretum and can pick up a leaflet at any of the entrances free of charge.
