Woy Woy rugby loss to Warnervale
Woy Woy Rugby Union first grade team went down to Warnervale in round 15 on Saturday, July 30, at Woy Woy Oval by 39 points to 15.
Warnervale controlled much of the game and led by 22 points to 15 at halftime.
The game was quite even in the first 40 minutes but, in the second half, Warnervale scored 17 points to nil to cement the win.
"Woy Woy just could not cross the line in the final 40 minutes," said Central Coast Rugby Union president Mr Larry Thomson.
"Best for Warnervale were prop Tony Paulo, lock Richie Houston and halfback Josh Holman.
"Woy Woy was best served by Nick Garnett who was able to cross for two tries," said Mr Thomson.
