Computer prints at gallery
Limited edition computer-generated giclee prints by the late Valerie Wright, who died in 2008, are currently on exhibition at Patonga Bakehouse Gallery and will remain available for viewing until Friday, September 9.
Ms Wright had a distinctive style strongly influenced by her New Zealand training in the 1930s and early 1940s under such luminaries as AJC Fisher and John Weeks at the Elam School of Arts in Auckland.
She won many prizes over the years including the Best Work Overall award at the Mid North Coast Art exhibitions in 1985 and 1988.
She exhibited at a number of galleries including the Oyster Festival Open Exhibitions in 1989 and 1997.
