School provides bully box

Ettalong Public School has introduced a bully box into its playground.

School principal, Mr Bruce Donaldson, said the students have responded well to the concept which allows them to report incidents of bullying.

"This is an interesting concept which will hopefully empower our children to tell if they are being bullied at school and by whom," Mr Donaldson said.

"The bully box has been introduced into the playground and any reports will be followed up by staff."
