Silver Kangaroo award for Bob

Woy Woy's Mr Bob Seal has received the highest scouting award in Australia, the Silver Kangaroo.

The Silver Kangaroo is given for eminent achievement and service to scouting.

Mr Seal is in charge of Umina Scout Group and is also the honorary commissioner of the Hunter and Central Coast region.

His scouting career started in 1953.
