Hard court made available for pickleball

One hard court has been made available at Woy Woy tennis centre for casual hire for pickleball.

"The centre's Court 4 has been allocated for dual purpose as both a tennis court and pickleball," said club president Mr Walter Pearson.

"The court is marked out with four pickleball courts in addition to one tennis court.

"People wishing to hire the court for a game of pickleball can book on line."

The centre is open to all members of the public.

Players do not have to be a subscriber or member of the tennis club to use the facilities.

"Court bookings are free for subscribers to the centre.

"The non-subscribers fee is $20 per hour."

Players have to supply nets, paddles and balls.

The maximum number of players is eight, for a maximum of two hours in any one day.

Further information is available online at www.woywoytennisclub.com or by emailing Mr Pearson at president@woywoytennisclub.com.
