Patchwork group makes early start
Classes resume at the Ettalong Beach Arts and Craft Centre next week, starting Monday, January 29.
However, last year's Monday patchwork group members decided to get in early.
They made a jump start on the year, meeting for a social session to share ideas and to enjoy the companionship of stitching together, said tutor Ms Penny Howard.
"Sarah Vaughan showed us her beautiful, recently-finished quilt," she said.
"I'm loving the colours, and the pieced block on the quilt back as an added creative touch."
