Surf club to hold Bronze Medallion course
The Ocean Beach Surf Life Saving Club will hold a Bronze Medallion course from 6:30pm next Monday, January 29.
The course will be held in the club's upstairs function room.
It will cover surf awareness, aquatic rescue operations, radio operations, resuscitation, emergency care, spinal management, communication, teamwork and surf life saving patrol operations.
Expressions of interest are being taken from members as well as anyone 15 years or older wanting to start lifesaving.
