Peninsula will have 12 polling places for election
Robertson electors will find 12 polling places open on the Peninsula from 8am to 6pm on Federal election day, Saturday, May 3.
Two will be in Pearl Beach and Patonga, and two in Ettalong and Booker Bay.
Umina and Woy Woy will each have four polling places.
In Patonga, polling will take place at the Patonga Progress Association hall in Bay St.
In Pearl Beach, it will take place at the Pearl Beach Community Memorial Hall in Diamond Rd.
The Ettalong Beach Primary School in Uligandi St and the Booker Bay Pre School at 32 Telopea St will both be polling places.
The four polling stations in Umina will be at Umina Beach Primary School in Sydney Ave, at Umina Beach Library on the corner of Bullion and West Sts, at the Umina Uniting Church Community Centre in Neptune St, and at Umina campus of Brisbane Water Secondary College in Veron Rd.
The four polling stations around Woy Woy will be at the Woy Woy campus of Brisbane Water Secondary College in Edward St, at the Woy Woy South Primary School at The School Mall, at the old South Woy Woy Progress Association hall on the corner of Woy Woy Rd and Pier St, and at The Bays Community Hall at 19 Woy Woy Bay Rd, Woy Woy Bay.
A "Special Hospital Team" from the Australian Electoral Office will also visit the Boronia Court Aged Care Facility in Kathleen St, Woy Woy.
Early voting is available from today, Tuesday, April 22, at the Peninsula Community Centre in McMasters Rd, Woy Woy, opening each day until Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
From next Saturday, April 26, both the Peninsula Community Centre and the Broken Bay Scout Hall in Carawa St, Umina, will be open for early voting.
On Saturday, April 26, they will open from 9am to 4pm.
From Monday to Thursday, April 28 to May 1, they will open from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
On Friday, May 2, they will open from 8:30am to 6pm.
