Commuter carpark transfer is delayed
Central Coast Council has been told that transfer of the ownership of the Woy Woy commuter carpark to Transport for NSW has been delayed
The delay has been caused because the State Government department "has provided no further feedback on the progress of its due diligence investigations".
"It is necessary to revise the target date for completion, as a number of other procedural requirements cannot be completed until the due diligence investigations are complete," the report states.
These include "the creation of multiple easements over Council land and a public road between the car park and the railway station."
The target date for completion of the transfer has been changed from last December 31 to June 30.
