Pretty Beach wins debate

The Stage 3 debating team of Pretty Beach Public School met Empire Bay Public School on June 18 to debate the topic: "Youth who commit crime should be treated like adults".

Pretty Beach's team, consisting of Claire Connolly, Sarah Ford, Breanne Woulfe and Alison Beveridge, took the affirmative position and defeated their opposition.

The school congratulated the students.
