Ferries diverted to Patonga
Ferry services from Palm Beach to Ettalong have been diverted to Patonga on three days since services resumed to Ettalong on Monday, October 16.
The services were diverted due to forecast large swells.
The Ettalong and Wagstaffe services operated to Patonga on a diversion timetable for Tuesday, October 17, and for Thursday and Friday, October 26 and 27.
The Ettalong service resumed on Monday, October 16, after completion of dredging of the Ettalong Channel.
The ferry service operated between Palm Beach and Patonga while the dredging took place, after silting of the channel prevented the Ettalong service operating.
