Grand opening for cricket clubhouse
Southern Spirit Cricket Club held a "grand opening" of its new clubhouse on Saturday evening, October 28, at Umina oval.
"A sensational sunset and a full moon set the scene for our Phoenix players and fans to come together to christen the new clubhouse," said club president Mr Anthony Clarke.
The evening included nibbles and sausage sizzle, with the canteen selling a range of kids and adults drinks.
Earlier in the day, Southern Spirit's second and fifth grade sides played at the ground.
