Building starts at St John's

Construction of a new administration block and staff room began at St John the Baptist Primary School over the school holidays.

The construction includes the refurbishment of the school office to include a sick bay and new staff room facility.

Principal Ms Suzanne Nichols said that construction was expected to take 100 days.

It is part of a wider upgrade of the school, which also included recarpeting the library.
