Public education awards for Umina school staff
Two staff members at Umina Beach Public School have received Public Education Awards of Appreciation during Education Week.
They were presented with their awards at a special ceremony, which recognised their contribution to the school.
Teacher Ms Angela Ainsworth was acknowledged for being a passionate teacher, dedicated to creating an outstanding range of performing arts opportunities, allowing all students to shine.
School learning support officer Ms Cash was acknowledged for being dedicated, caring and working tirelessly to consistently support, respect and value the students in her care.
