Panel refuses Bangalow St dual occupancy
The Local Planning Panel has refused a development application for a dual occupancy at 23 Bangalow St, Ettalong Beach.
The Panel said it considered documentation supplied with the application, the council assessment report which recommended refusal and public submissions.
The Local Planning Panel refused the application "subject to the reasons for refusal detailed in the schedule attached to the Council staff report".
"The applicant attended the Panel meeting and requested the application, as amended, be approved."
The Panel agreed unanimously with the Council staff recommendation for refusal.
