Catholic Care to hold brain health sessions at library
The Catholic Care Memory Innovations Centre will hold sessions at Woy Woy Library on Friday mornings over the next four weeks.
The centre will "offer support to improve the quality of life, wellbeing and help support positive brain health for seniors in our community".
"The professionally-run programs held in the library focus on having fun, connecting with others and stimulating your brain."
Those attending "may have a dementia diagnosis and are not sure what to do next, or just want to be proactive about maintaining brain health".
The hour-long sessions will be held every Friday morning at 10:30am until Friday, April 18.
All are welcome and no bookings are required.
