Teenager charged with driving and property offences
Brisbane Water Police have charged a 14-year-old boy over alleged driving and property offences following a pursuit in the early hours of Friday morning, October 11.
They attempted to stop a reportedly stolen vehicle on Trafalgar Ave, Umina, at about 2am.

When the vehicle allegedly failed to stop as directed, a pursuit was initiated.
With the assistance of PolAir, police pursued the vehicle to a home in Umina into which the driver fled.
The property was searched, with police locating and seizing what they described as "several items of interest".
A 14-year-old boy was arrested at the scene and taken to Gosford Police Station where he was charged with a number of offences.
These included two counts of aggravated break and enter, committing a serious indictable offence, two counts of destroying or damaging property, not stopping with police in pursuit and driving recklessly, taking and driving acconveyance without consent of the owner, and driving the vehicle never having been licensed.
He was refused bail to appear before a children's court later on Friday, where he was granted conditional bail to appear before the same court on Friday, November 22.
Inquiries into the incident were ongoing, according to police.
