Small businesses can access support in Woy Woy
Local businesses can access free, personalised support with business planning, marketing and cashflow at Woy Woy on Thursdays as part of NSW Small Business Month.
Service NSW offers the support in Deepwater Plaza on Thursdays, October 17 and 31, according to Member for Gosford Ms Liesl Tesch.
"The Bureau provides free, ongoing personalised support, digital tools and tailored advisory to businesses year-round," she said.
"In October, additional appointments are accessible to accommodate as many small businesses as possible.
"Advice is tailored to businesses at any lifecycle, from start-ups and established businesses, to mature or exiting."
Ms Tesch said: "Our small businesses are the lifeblood of our community.
"Our small business owners typically wear so many hats and so it's so helpful having practical help on hand in a place as accessible as Woy Woy's Deepwater Plaza.
"I encourage businesses to go online and make an appointment with Service NSW Business Bureau during October.
"NSW Small Business Month is a great opportunity to not only recognise our small businesses for their substantial contributions and to remind business owners to take full advantage of what Business Bureau has to offer - all available at no cost.
"Small businesses contribute more than $500 billion to the NSW economy in sales and with around 30 per cent of those businesses operating outside the Sydney metropolitan area."
