Rugby coach is pleased with progress
Woy Woy Rugby Union women's coach Iain Russell is pleased with the progress of his squad.
"First hit-out on the scrum machine and I was super impressed with the strength, technique and teamwork on display," he said.
"It's hard to believe it was the first time for many.
"We made a start on line-outs which will improve as we practice more and get that strength to lift the jumper to full height.
"The backs looked good even dealing with a wet ball," he said.
