Mary Mac's Place winter appeal has started

The annual winter appeal for Mary Mac's Place has started.

The appeal is co-ordinated by staff of the Wiseberry Peninsula real estate agency in Umina.

This year, the Berowra, Killarney Vale, and Wyoming Wiseberry offices will also be involved with the appeal.

Umina staff member Ms Tammy Jackett said donations were needed of items including microwaveable meals, school snacks, pantry staples, and canned protein such as tuna, beans, or salmon.

Donations can be dropped off at any of the four Wiseberry offices.

The donations helped "provide warmth, nourishment and hope to those who need it most", she said.

"Let's fill every box and every belly this winter.

"Together, we can show that community means no one gets left out in the cold."

Mary Mac's Place project officer Ms Sally Baker "any help in any way would very appreciated".

"Times are tough and I hope we can come together to help those in need."
