Tribute to Jane Bowtell in State Parliament

Member for Gosford Ms Liesl Tesch has paid tribute to the outgoing Country Women's Association Woy Woy branch president Ms Jane Bowtell in a Community Recognition Statement in State Parliament.

Ms Tesch described Ms Bowtell as "a wonderful superstar of our community".

"Jane has recently stepped down as president of the Country Women's Association Woy Woy branch," she said.

"Jane has been the go-to person for many years within the CWA and she is remembered by fellow members as helping the Woy Woy branch become vibrant, busy and community focussed once again.

"Jane is stepping down from her role to spend more time with her family including her gorgeous two-year-old grandson.

"How spoilt are her family going to be now that they'll be the main recipients of her delicious cooking and fun craft activities?"
