CWA branch recycles old banners into tote bags
The Woy Woy branch of the Country Women's Association has made tote bags from old Chromefest banners for this year's Chromefest at The Entrance at the weekend.
The Chromefest featured a display of more than 450 cars built before 1979.
Branch members used large street banners, which were flown around the coast at 11 different locations to promote community and Council events.
Over the past few weeks, branch members have measured, pinned, cut and sewn the old Chromefest banners.
"It's something we have done in the past for other community festivals,"
