Free dog training session at Ettalong

A free dog training session will be offered on Wednesday, October 30, at Ettalong Oval.

The "come and try" sessions aims to provide insights and practical skills for dog owners, with experienced trainers guiding participants through essential commands.

Organised by Central Coast Council, acting director Mr Matthew Corradin said: "These free sessions are designed to equip owners with the essential skills like loose leash walking and basic obedience and recall, all while being delivered in a positive and engaging format to raise happy, well-behaved dogs.

"Whether you're a seasoned dog owner or a new puppy parent, these sessions will provide valuable tools to strengthen your relationship with your furry friend while also offering an opportunity for socialisation with other dogs and their owners.

"We hope these sessions will inspire participants to continue their dog training journeys and become even more responsible pet owners."

Contact the council for further information.
