Working bee at Arboretum on Sunday
A working bee will be held at the Crommelin Native Arboretum in Pearl Beach on Sunday, June 16, from 9am.
"Arboretum monthly working bees are held on the third Sunday of each month at 9am followed by a delicious morning tea and a chat at 11am," said arboretum secretary Ms Mary Knaggs.
"The remaining dates for this year are July 21, August 18, September 22, October 20 and November 17.
"You don't have to be a member.
"All interests and abilities are welcome.
"Tasks can suit a range of abilities and may include propagation, planting, weeding, tool maintenance and removing fallen branches.
"We are particularly keen to involve new volunteers with a knowledge or passion for Australian native plants and animals."
