Umina Beach men's bowls results
Umina Beach Men's Bowling Club Major Singles Round 1 games were played on February 28.
Results were: M O'Malley over H Rash, A Rhodes over J Phillips, V Gauci over A Gylnn, M Hogden over D Stephens, S Stokie over M Ellery, G Godwin over B Butterworth, R Andersen over U Kila, G Collins over R Kaltenbacher, and P Springett over R Twells.
In the club's Fours Championship semi-final, Michael O'Sullivan, Jim Phillips, Ken Harrison and Tom Burgmann won by one shot on an extra end over last year's champions Paul Trigg, George Boni, Peter Springett and Rob Andersen.
Tom's side were due to play Gary Arnold, Phil Poulton, Tony Potter and Lee Cribbs in the final played yesterday, March 7.
