Survey to find out how people seek aged care
A survey is being conducted locally in an attempt to find out how people look for an aged care facility.
The survey is being conducted by Woy Woy aged care provider Blue Wave Living in with an aim "to evaluate and improve" its procedures.
Questions ask participants how they heard of Blue Wave Living, which platforms they would use to find an aged care facility, and whether they would recommend Blue Wave Living to family and friends.
"We are currently undertaking some changes to the way we market BlueWave Living," said marketing manager Ms Kylie Scott.
"If you have a moment to spare we would love you to complete a short survey.
"Your feedback is very much appreciated and will help us moving forward."
