Sugar, salt and fat replace taste

One understands why the take away food industry crams so much sugar, salt and fat in their products, because most commercially grown and processed food is tasteless.

One can remember the sweet, crumbly taste of the real watermelons and the joy of spitting the seeds out willy nilly.

Yes, those were the days my friend.
