Southern Spirit seeks grade captains
Southern Spirit Cricket Club is seeking expressions of interest to be captains of all men's and women's teams.
The club is wanting each captain to be a "great communicator" and "a positive leader both on and off the field".
Captains will be expected to help all squad players to develop skills and get a fair go.
They will be expected to "foster an inclusive, positive team and club culture".
They will be keen for their team to be a part of a united and successful club.
Captains are expected to encourage their team to train, attend club functions and participate in club events.
Expressions of interest should be emailed to The Secretary at southern.spirit@yahoo.com.au by Friday, July 26.
