Bushcare group seeks new members
The Bays Bushcare Group is seeking new volunteer members to join its monthly activities.
The group meets from 8:30am to 11:30am on the first or second Sunday of each month.
The group is supervised by Central Coast Council and is provided with equipment and insurance cover.
The group promotes itself as "a lot of fun and a good way to meet your neighbours".
It claims to have "made huge inroads on our current work site Elaroo Rd Reserve".

The reserve is part of the Council's "Coastal Open Space System" and, as such, is among "deferred matters" land parcels currently subject to a rezoning proposal by the council, which is opposed by the Community Environment Network.
