All six groups to attend candidates' forum
Speakers from each of the six groups of council candidates for election in Gosford West Ward have booked to attend a candidates' forum to be held by the Peninsula Residents Association this week.
One ungrouped candidate is also expected to attend.
The forum will be held at the Everglades Country Club at 7pm on Thursday, August 22.
It will provide the opportunity to hear from the local candidates for the upcoming council elections, said association vice-president Mr Julian Bowker.
"Those attending will have the chance to ask questions on how they will represent our area," he said.
"The event is free to attend and all are welcome."
The association has already received a large number of bookings and online registration is recommended to reserve a seat at https://events.humanitix.com/councillor-candidates-forum.
