CWA branch receives ingredients for donated cakes
The Umina Beach branch of the Country Women's Association is making cakes to donate to Mary Mac's Place in Woy Woy for its clients who need a helping hand.
The branch has been helped with a donation of ingredients from the Rotary Club of Brisbane Water, presented by Rotarian Ms Cherie Simpson.
"It was such a fabulous gesture, the community working together," said branch publicity officer Ms Margy Logan.
"If any organisation or individual would like to donate they can bring it to the hall on Wednesday mornings or leave it with Madeline at Stephensons Real Estate in West St."
