Mingaletta gets grant for play area, awnings and signs
A grant of $106,700 has been announced for Mingaletta to build a children's play area, new outdoor awnings and signage.

"This funding gives Mingaletta the means to undertake practical upgrades to their facilities to better service aboriginal communities on the Central Coast," said Minister for Indigenous Australians Ms Linda Burney.
"Investing in projects led by Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisations is critical to accelerating efforts to close the gap in health and wellbeing outcomes for First Nations peoples."
Member for Robertson Dr Gordon Reid said: "Mingaletta is an important community hub on the Central Coast.
"This funding will support the organisation to continue its great work in the community.
"It also demonstrates our strong commitment to support Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations."
Mingaletta elder Aunty Di O'Brien said: "This funding represents a great outcome for Mingaletta.
"There are people in the community that do not know what we do, and this funding will allow the organisation to purchase electronic signage to list the services we provide.
"It will also mean better outcomes for all people in the community, because we are inclusive of everyone".
