Sponsorship for Little Athletics
Woy Woy Peninsula Little Athletics has received $5000 sponsorship.
Ettalong Diggers chief executive Mr Col Murphy presented the club with a Club Grants sponsorship cheque for $5000 recently.
"Woy Woy Peninsula Little Athletics caters for children aged between 5 and 17 years of age, of all abilities," said Diggers marketing manager Ms Kim Cole.
"They are all about the development of children, encouraging them to have a go, and be the best that they can be, while emphasising having fun, keeping a positive attitude, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
"No experience is necessary.
"They provide athletes with a supportive and inclusive environment and simply encourage children to achieve their Personal Best and improve their performance over the season.
"Children who participate will have the chance to compete in zone, regional and state championships subject to them qualifying."
