Little aths presentation night promoted
Woy Woy Peninsula Little Athletics has promoted its Presentation Night on May 26 as "an opportunity to come together and celebrate the end of a great Little Athletics season".
The night will be held from 6pm to 8:30pm at Ettalong Diggers, the club's major sponsor.
It will include the presentation of age group awards, perpetual trophies and recognition of achievements made at inter-club competitions.
All athletes will receive a light meal on the night.
Parents and carers have been encouraged to attend to show support for the children, the club and Ettalong Diggers.
"Presentation night offers our community a chance to come together, say thank you and recognise the contribution of our all wonderful volunteers and sponsors who make our club happen."
The annual meeting of Woy Woy Peninsula Little Athletics will be held at 5.15pm on Friday, May 26, prior to the presentation night.
Little Athletics is celebrating 40 years on the Peninsula this year.
"Powered by parents", new committee members are being sought for next season "to help keep the club vibrant".
