Umina women play Triples final

The Umina Beach Women's Bowling Club's 2023-24 Triples finals were completed on Thursday, April 6.

Nine teams contested the event which commenced on March 10, and delayed due to wet weather.

In the semi-finals, Judy Brown, Gwen Jarratt and Joan Murphy defeated Denise Arnold, Sandra O'Malley and Pam Fishenden.

In the other semi-final, Gay Foulkes, Aileen Robertson and Debra Moore defeated Beverley Collins, Cheryl Catchpool and Lynne Gordon.

The final between Joan's team and Debbie's team was played on Thursday, April 6.

The game was played in two halves with Joan's team on fire in first half then Debra's team firing home in second half to win the game.
