Patonga fire brigade seeks volunteers

The Patonga Volunteer Rural Bush Fire Brigade is inviting anyone interested in joining the brigade to drop in to the station at 6pm on a Tuesday evening.

The brigade said it can provide "skills, knowledge and experience which you can also use in your personal and working life".

"Each brigade can help you develop leadership skills, working as part of a team, responsibility and mateship," said in a social media post.

"The Rural Fire Service offers opportunities for on-going training."
