Men's Shed seeks trainers and teachers

The Umina Beach Men's Shed is seeking people to conduct training sessions and to pass on specific skills and knowledge.

Areas of interest include wood turning and wood crafts, metal turning and welding.

Other topics suggested include smart phone and home technology use, and training and certification on more complex machines.

"This is just a handful of various requests and ideas that have been put forward over time," said Men's Shed secretary Mr Vic Brown.

"We also need additional gardeners to step up production of vegies and herbs and to get the beds back to looking loved and productive."

Anyone interested should contact Mr Bill Graham at the Shed on 4342 9606 or at uminabeachmensshed@gmail.com.
