Second round of Handicap Pairs

Umina Beach Men's Bowling Club has played the second round of its Handicap Pairs competition on January 2.

"It looks like the match committee have done a great job with the handicaps, as all games were tight and several games were only won or lost by one shot," said club secretary Mr Peter Springett.

Round Two results were:

David Long and Shane Waddell over Robin Hill and George Boni.

Ian Jarratt and Victor Gauci over Ron Austin and Brian Moroney.

John Hall and Terry Murphy over Steve Moss and Vernon Hanna.

Ken Robertson and Terry Brown over Gary Yates and Brian Peck.

Larry Johnston and Rob Andersen over Peter Segol and Geoff Gray.

Roger Twells and Colin Mew over Michael Dewez and Warren Brooks.

Peter Heinemann and Peter Springett over Martin O'Malley and Tom Burgmann.

The next round is due to be played on Tuesday, February 9.
