Five complying developments approved
Five complying development applications for the Peninsula have been approved in the last fortnight, to July 21.
Two new applications have been received, and another four remain under assessment.
Those approved are at 11 Myall St, Ettalong; 357 Ocean Beach Rd, Umina; 78 Lone Pine Ave, Umina; 30 Beach St, Ettalong, and 2 Gross Ave, Umina.
New applications have been received for 85 Dunban Rd, Woy Woy; and 451 Ocean Beach Rd, Woy Woy.
Four remaining under assessment are at 27 Osborne Ave, Umina; 38 Everglades Cres, Woy Woy; 150 Albany Rd, Umina, and 61 Cornelian Rd, Pearl Beach.
