Celebrating Bastille Day
Having a French chef to head the catering team can come in handy when you want to celebrate Bastille Day.
Peninsula Village catering manager Mr Stephan Blant is proud to be a third generation French chef, who trained with his father in Switzerland before moving to Australia 10 years ago.
He cooked up Crepes Suzette and caramelised bananas to celebrate the day at Don Leggett House.
