Aged care staff squat in breast cancer fundraiser
Staff at a Umina aged care facility have raised $1420 in the month of March for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
"Throughout March, our Peninsula Villages staff took on the 58 Squat Challenge," said chief executive Mr Colin Osborne.
They completed 58 squats a day which equated to the 58 Australians diagnosed with breast cancer each day.
"We raised $1420, smashing our $1000 goal."
