School holiday program at PCYC

The Umina Beach Police Citizens Youth Club has announced its Easter school holiday program, with activities running from Monday, April 14, to Tuesday, April 29.

The activities are designed for children aged five to 12 years in morning and afternoon sessions.

Activities vary and include Nerf wars, origami, gymnastics, Free G, science, bead jewellery, ball sports and Easter crafts.

Also available are tumbling and trampoline, mini Olympics and fitness, archery, clay making, escape room, circus skills, disco, athletics, frisbee, painting, floorball and boot camp.

The "workshops" cost $30 per morning and afternoon session.

Participants are asked to bring water bottle, enclosed shoes, lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea.

The workshops run from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 4pm, with drop off available from 8:30am, lunch at 12pm to 1pm and pick up until 4:30pm.

Bookings are required and children must be PCYC members to attend.

Children with health and medical conditions will need to provide details and medication before they attend.

"PCYC Umina Beach school holiday activities are run by qualified coaches that have a passion for working with young people in a sport and recreation environment," the holiday program states.

"Our programs are designed to be affordable for the local communities that surround our clubs ensuring a cost-effective school holiday option for all families."
