Construction certificate delay for men's shed
An application for a construction certificate for the new Umina Beach Men's Shed appears not to have been determined three months after it was lodged.
The new facilities at 90 Osborne Ave, Umina Beach, include reception, carpark and storage, with an estimated total cost of $170,000.
Lodged on April 7, the site assessment was completed on April 14, but the council's planning portal does not show that it has been "determined".
It is understood that negotiations are continuing to allow work to proceed on the council-owned land.
