Comment period opens without proposal details
A development application for a six-unit residential flat building costing almost $3 million is open for public comment without any detail being available on the Central Coast Council planning portal.
The proposal would see the block of flats built at 75 Brick Wharf Rd, Woy Woy, for a cost of $2,944,000.
The advertising period started on Friday, June 18, and ends on Friday, July 16.
