Sales start of art show tickets
The Bays Community Group is selling tickets to the opening night of this year's Bays Art Show to be held in The Bays Community Hall from July 16 to 18.
More than 60 artists are expected to display artwork including paintings, drawings, photography, mixed media and prints.
Entries are currently being accepted with a closing date of July 2.
Opening night will be held from 7:30pm to 10pm on Friday, July 16, and will be for adults only.
Tickets cost $20 which includes one free drink and nibbles.
"Get in quick as this popular event will sell out," said group president Ms Gwynneth Weir.
Additional drinks will be available from the bar.
The exhibition will open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday, July 17 and 18, with entry being by a gold coin donation.
