Six flats proposed for Brick Wharf Rd
A development application has been lodged for a $3 million six-unit residential flat building at 75 Brick Wharf Rd, Woy Woy.
The application was lodged on Tuesday, May 11, and after a pre-lodgement review was conducted the same day.
Apart from the cost of work being estimated at $2.944 million, no further details of the proposed development were available last week.
